I'm going through treatment for breastcancer and it would of been difficult keeping it from my family. 

Only you can decide wether to tell them as you know them, it won't be easy but may help.

Thank you for your reply. I'm having a lumpectomy and radiotherapy the consultant said they are awaiting one result (sounded like hertz) maybe chemo but he said we will discuss this in preaddmission clinic. I feel I need to tell my mother just incase another member of the family slip up and say something. As you say I know them best so maybe I will sleep on it and decide tomorrow. Thank you xx hope your treatment goes well xxx
