Hello love, you're right at the very beginning, I know it's difficult to see clearly ahead, it seems all so horribly difficult doesn't it, I was in your position Dec 2018....never thought I'd get through it! 
what I can tell you is once you're in the system things move swiftly along. Only concentrate on what's directly in front of you, then tick it off...then move on to the next thing. It was the only way I could manage.  I'm a complete control freak so handing myself over so to speak was a challenge, it all feels very surreal...

yes, chemo is a bummer for sure but it's doable, but for now just get the surgery under your belt.

How far is your rads unit? Such a shame if you need to stay closer for the treatments....but that's a way off yet.... cross  that bridge when you come to it...also as an aside , when you do get to that bit the worse will be behind you ️

You are right Marlyn one step at a time,  I'm a plane journey away from a radiotherapy unit I live on a little island x
