Hello, I've had my forth session of proton therapy today. I've been looking around and I can't seem to find anyone in a similar current situation or even post proton therapy. I know it's a fairly rare treatment type as it's so new, but I'd love hear about anyone's else's experience. (Or be pointed to any discussions I've missed)
Background, I've had a neck dissection to remove secondary cancer to the lymph node. I'm 44 with HPV+, but they can't find the primary.  I've had to travel away from my family to have treatment so I'm feeling figuratively and literally quite alone.
