Hi, newly diagnosed had my first lumpectomy in august and 2 lymph nodes taken out (lymph nodes clear) unfortunately had to have second surgery as margins weren't clear a few weeks later which was two weeks ago. Been for my post op today and most definitely need radiotherapy and tamoxifen but it's still unclear about chemo I'm now waiting for an appointment with the oncologist but my consultant says I will more than likely need chemo. I'm 33 so just wondering if anyone has the same and has had chemo or had managed to avoid chemo.
