Hi, feeling very sorry for myself today. It's Day 4 and I've been sick and my stomach is in knots, not pleasant at all.  Have made myself get up and shower and hoping to keep a little soup down.    Hopefully  I will be better later, thanks for checking in 

[@Anna71]‍ , Hi Z, Yes it’s definitely better than constipation for sure! Trots free today - yay! How are things? I’m not wearing a bra while at home, it’s too painful. I’m quite concerned about it, I think the expander has moved. A lovely sunny day today, going to get out for a walk. [@linds16]‍ , Hi Linds, sorry you’re going through it, I had the awful nausea but just couldn’t be sick, at one point I wanted to put my fingers down my throat thinking it might at least make me feel better. Sounds like the same stomach problems, definitely the worst for me. Hopefully you can keep something down, I had soup most days. You look after yourself. XX

[@linds16]‍ , sorry Linds I missed this previous 24th post - sorry about that. I don’t mind the salt water gargling, it’s not too bad, fingers crossed it may hold off the mouth sores, I’ve got nothing yet, that’s my one fear, that I can’t manage to get any food down if the mouth is ultra painful. My Onco told me I would probably get them worse because I get cold sores, anyone with the Herpes Simplex virus tends to suffer more with the mouth sores (happy days). Sporting the black nail look too - I NEVER wear nail polish on my hands as I’m a keen gardner, so it feels odd for me, especially such a dramatic look. All in all 10 days on, the absolute worst was the tummy cramps, got a nose bunged up with a bloodied ‘crust’ - yuk! But not horrendous in the scheme of things, my face is shredding skin like a reptile, it doesn’t matter how many times a day I moisturise. You stay well Linds, i’ll be kerping  everything crossed you have an easy ride. Lyn. XX

[@yorkiegal]‍ its me again , i got phone call from oncologist nurse and i will have meeting up on Monday with onco and then in a same day with surgeon. Also i got a letter from Gp with my pathology results but iam so sorry i don't understand letters numbers so iam in unknow about lymph node test , it's frustrating but thats how it is . Very soon ladies i will be in your shoes too chemo its so close . About bra Lyn it's advisable to wear , iam wearing sports bra with medium support lots of elastic and easy to put on and off . Iam putting it like a skirt with legs in first :). I dont like this pain in my breast if i bend i feel something inside moving and its more painful, i will ask on Monday if its normal. Thats the story of today ... have a beautiful day xZ

[@Anna71]‍ , I am wearing the same bra, I pull it up from the floor for when I go out, but I can’t get comfortable in it at home. The surgeon will want to check your wounds to see if you are ready / how far away you are from them being healed for chemo, that is my guess. I understand the letters and numbers, if you want to wait until monday to speak with surgeon about it I understand. The bending and pain, is not as bad now, but when I bent forwards after only a couple of weeks after surgery the expander went with a THUD, it was painful and wasn’t very nice! [@yorkiegal]‍ hi very good morning to you how are you , i hope your symptoms it's easier than last weekend .so i was trying to work out my report what i got yesterday, apparently i had Pagets disease , IDC 10 mm, high grade DCIs whole tumour size is 80mm (this is how i was told its precancer cells ). No atypia or malignancy and sevtinel node was 0/1, is pT1b pNO (sn). So i believe thats node its clear, stage 1b .please let me know if iam wrong . Talk later xxx wish you lovely weekend Z

Hi [@Anna71]‍  [@yorkiegal]‍ hope you are both doing ok this weekend.   Sorry I can't help translate your results, but fingers crossed this is positive news for you.   I'm suffering a bit with nausea and heartburn, but still managed to get out for a walk and seem to be eating ok, just less than usual (probably not a bad thing ).   Take care x
