Thank you for taking the time to reply. This is very helpful. I also wanted to know how this patches reacted under long exposure to UVB. I am a bit concered as after only 30 sec in the light box, the patches are all alert and very itchy. My main concern before I decided to go through with this treatment was that the disease might come back more agressive after the treatment but it was only an assumtion of mine, I guess we are all different and our bodies react accordingly. I don't know how the patches react to UVB light at stage 1A as never had any UV light treatments until I was diagnosed with Stage 2B Mycosis Fungoides in December 2019 prior to that I was just on Betnavate,Dermovate and emmolient creams as they thought that I had ezecma and then psoriasis.they used UVA on me when Mycosis Fungoides infiltrate was discovered due to tumours forming and it didn't work one bit.It's the wavelength of light long to short; UVA is long and thus penetrates deeper,UVB medium and won't go in as far,UVC short and won't penetrate human skin.i first noticed my problem in 2006 and the GP thought it was ezecma as it got worse they then in about 2017 decided it was psoriasis but in 2019 big tumours formed on my left hand leading to the amputation of a finger and they discovered what it actually was so with me it took about 14 years to progress from 1A to 2B.

Canopus7, I am so sorry to hear all this. Hope all goes well with you and the rest of us here. I heard a professor on the news not long ago saying to a breast cancer patient that he is confident that in his lifetime will see a cure for cancer, and he was in his late 60's so I remain optimistic that medical research is close to achieve remarcable treatments.
