Can I ask is it possible to have breast cancer surgery without chemo or other treatments. I am newly diagnosed if I remember well my consultant mentioned that the size of the turmor is small and there are no visable lumps under arms so there is a possibility of surgery after biopsy results but he didn't go into details as I was I mess and we await biopsy results.
