Main thing is keeping positive, find something you can do to keep you occupied. 

At least treatment is going to start soon. 

And some has already started. 

I was diagnosed Feb 2016 prostate gone to lymph nodes, spine, ribs, pelvis and a lung psa 1581 stage 4,gleason 8 classed as palliative care, so i an idea what your going through, living normal life, had to retire to look after my disabled wife she needs 24/7 care she has Alzheimers and parkinsons plus other problems I'm her official carer.

Just keep positive and keep fighting.

I will take alot from your what must be difficult situation and kind words for myself.

Am I right to think that I am getting tired at certain parts of the day, dependent on what I have been doing ?

I just stop what I am doing and then crack on once I've had a bit of a rest.

You might feel well but your body is ill, it'll need a rest now and again, 

I take it your on hormone therapy. If so have you started hot flushes and putting on weight yet, 

I put nearly three stone luckily got two off but it's taken two years. Got meds from Dr for hot flushes.

Day 4 of the tablets, thank you for the weight advice, the consultant took me through most of them.

I had an apointment come in the post yesterday for week after next to see a Doctor. 

She will in turn give me an injection.

I will let you know how things are going in due course.
