Grade 2 breast cancer

Hi my mum has recently been diagnosed with grade 2 breast cancer and is going to have it operated on soon with 3 weeks of radiotherapy. The lump is 13mm according to the ultrasound but we do not know the stage. Please can anyone give me any further information? We have been told that it's unlikely she'll need Chemo . Thank you

    My mum has also recently been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time. Her's is stage two I believe it was 22mm, however, I believe it's based on more than just size so better asking at the next apt.  :-)

    I'd suggest,and to get the best and most factual information that you contact your support team (your Mum should hopefully have a breast cancer nurse that she can call) and ask them lots of questions...please don't be scared of bombarding them with questions as that's what they're there for.
