Hi, I'm July 2017 ages 46 I was diagnosed with grade 3 her2 and oestrogen positive cancer in my right breast, I had 6 very brutal chemo sessions and an additional 15 rounds of herceptin (unfortunately all treatments I suffered with terrible side effects. I was discharged july this year (2019), I was then sent for a ct to check a lung nodule hadn't changed (it was fine) but ... it was spotted that I had some shadows on my left breast, in august I was then diagnosed with grade 3 triple negative breast cancer. I've just had my surgery last week. I'm absolutely terrified of the chemo I will have again and what it has done to my body (chronic pain from top to toe). I have also been told by my surgeon/radiology consultant that having 2 different primary cancers in each breast is very unusual and not often seen. Has anyone experienced this or know of it ?
