Sorry to hear you've had to go through all of this at such a young age. I  was diagnosed with DCIS last year, but post op found invasive. Like you I had wide area incisions. It can be confusing as there are so many tests one has to go through. Don't think because you had DCIS that its insignificant, you've been through a lot.so be as dramatic as you like :)

Your reply resonated with me as on two occasions a breast care nurse has told me I don't have proper cancer , I'm not sure how i was supposed to react to that but I almost get I needed to apologise
