Hi all, I posted a couple of weeks ago worried about a lump in my breast. I had a biopsy done and an ultrasound and the technician told me he was convinced it was a fibroadenoma, he said he would bet his mortgage on it. He even went through all the features of the lump that assured him it was not cancer (smooth, wider than it is taller etc) 

Turned up at the clinic today expecting just a formality to be told everythig is ok and walk in the room to a doctor AND the breast cancer care nurse sat there...It's Cancer. In total shock. 

Considering having a private MRI is it worth it? Seems like getting a treatment plan is going to drag because of the bank holiday.
