    Hi Rosie,

This is great news. I hope that you enjoyed that glass of wine to celebrate.

Don't forget to let us know when your appointment comes through. It doesn't usually take long  at this stage.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx

  • Thanks Jolamine

I hope I know soon, I can cope with any wait when I know the date, it's not knowing as we all know that is difficult!

Glass of wine was amazing so will have another tonight!!

    Have a great weekend.

  • [[ ]]Hi everyone

Just wondering how everyone is getting on?

How are your Christmas preparations going? We've put all our decorations up with the exception of the tree this weekend, and bubbles the elf arrived last night. Only need to come up with 23 more ideas for it!!!!

  • Hi Woollylamb

Great to see your post!!!  How are you doing and how are you feeling?  You are amazing getting all your decorating done, when will you do your tree?

I have my mastectomy on Wednesday 4th so not long to wait now..........  Not sure about our decorations and trees, will get this week out the way and see how things are then.......

You take care but update me!! Rosie

  • Hi

We need to go and choose the tree and the weekend, then we will decorate it listening to Christmas songs and drinking hot chocolate.

I am doing ok, skin graft is doing its thing which is good, saw the radiotherapy oncologist last week, we agreed I could have December off from treatment as I'd been through a lot, so will start that in January. Started tamoxifen, and they also want to have zoladex and bisphosphonates at some point. And back to the hospital tomorrow for the results of the nipple removal I had when they did the skin graft. So all going ok at the minute.

Pleased you have the date for your mastectomy,    you will feel better when it's done, and you can recover over Xmas. I'll be thinking of you on Wednesday.

    Hi Woolylamb,

Wow, you are doing well to be putting up Christmas decorations! I'm glad to hear that you've had no problem with your wounds this time and, that all is healing well.

How are you coping with Tamoxifen? I am sure that you'll be feeling pretty nervous about your results tomorrow, but I hope that they go well.

    Will be thinking of you.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx
