Melanoma confirmed on Xmas eve

Hi there, Worst Xmas ever. Had the dreaded news from my biopsy I have MM. it started in my thumb, I'm due to have a CT scan in 2 weeks and a lymph node biopsy, they think it's mid range. around 4mm. So very scared right now. I'm 40, healthy with a young child. I would love to hear from people in similar situations for guidance and support?

    Hi Louise. 

    I've just been fast tracked for suspected melanoma on my ear. I've already had an excision on my eyelid for a basil cell carcinoma which required a skin graft to fix. I'm 32, also with two young children. 

    It would be good to chat and offer each other some support?
