Actually worse than yesterday! Feel like I have been kicked by a horse and a little sicky.....hope that normal??? See.....I am overanalysing that! Also can see swelling....but that has to be normal...doesn't it????
Yeah I had swelling and the most beautiful bruising! Maybe you over done it a bit yesterday still early days! Dvd and duvet day for a couple of days!! Your body needs rest to recover x
Yes, think your right, felt quite perky yesterday....gadding about having showers and doing my exercises....woke up this morning and feel a right wussy , I really ought to listen to my own advice on other people's threads!
Defo couch day today.....and going to watch carry on camping.....that always makes me giggle.....thank you xxxx
Least you haven’t cut your grass like I did!!! Enjoy your film. I am now off to work on a late today. Joys of working in retail! X
Thank goodness I am now 10 years retired and don't need to worry about work. My 'work' these days consists of looking after my grandchildren and that can only be joyful.
Yes Marlyn, listen to your body and take it easy. It can take a few days for the anaesthetic to get out of your system and the wound area needs to heal properly.
Take care x
Sorry you are having a tougher day today Marlyn. When I was a student nurse I watched several operations and those surgeon’s as talented and dedicated as they are are animals when they get to your insides and really throw your bits around!!!
swelling and bruising is pretty normal I would think.
Take care and get have an easy day.
You deserve it.
Thinking of you xxxxxx
Oh thank you! Having a real flakey day today....no big girls pants for me....xxx
I am learning flakey is part of the process! I started off positive today but have fallen by the wayside a little bit.
Hope you found your big girl pants and hope the film made you smile xxxxx
The carry on was good medicine! That was until my sister just emailed me to "advice " me against chemo if it's offered....I honestly think she believes she is being helpful but by golly she isn't! BTW....she also believes everything David Ickes says and all the conspiracy stories going! Good job I am more strong minded...
how are you doing? What made you fall by the wayside? Xxxx
Hope your feeling better now Marlyn and glad the film worked its magic.
I totally trusted my medical team during my treatment and let myself be guided by them. They're the experts and, in my opinion, will devise the best treatment plan for you.
Listen to them, ask questions and be confident and happy with their answers. xx
