Hi Everyone, 

I posted recently about finding a lump and was in the referral process and had got to the stage where I was told the likehood was the lump was cancer. 

I have now had a definitive diagnosis of Primary breast cancer in the form of invasive ductal carcinoma grade 1 with spread to the lymph nodes. I am due for a wide excision lumpectomy and removal and removal of axillary lymph nodes on the 11th December. My HERP 2 results are not back yet and they will determine whether I have chemotherapy as well as radiotherapy.  I must say I feel a lot better knowing my results and have started to plan ahead now.
