I'm sorry about your diagnosis and that you have no family here to support you on this journey but I'm glad you've found our forum as you'll find many members such as [@woodworm]‍ and [@telemando]‍ who have also had this diagnosis that will be able to share their experiences with you and hopefully prepare you for what's to come.

We have a section on our website which has lots of information about prostate cancer that you may like to have a look at as well as the prostate cancer uk website.

So sorry to hear of your diagnosis.  It must be so tough being here alone so I'm glad you've found this site as it has been invaluable for me and hopefully will be for you too.

In time people will come on with their experiences but I just wanted to respond and welcome you to the boards.  And, may I say, no apologies needed, your English is brilliant!  I hope soon that my Italian will be as good as your English is :)

Although your cancer is different to mine we share aspects of a journey so I look forward to reading more from you in the future and seeing how you are getting on.
