Hi Izzyl,

I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. The best thing I did was give myself over to the doctors care,  focus on getting through one day, one treatment, one scan, at a time. At each report I would re-assess my situation and refocus on trying to be strong.  I tried to not think about anything but the next day, the next appointment, etc.. Keeping everything short term like that helped me through.  I hope this has helped you and remember, they can do so much these days. Let us know how you get on.

Hi Laura.                                                          Thanks for your reply it's so hard to get my head round this can't stop crying but trying to be strong for my daughter, I'm hoping it's the shock and I will find some strength to get me through this.I hope you are well thanks again I will definitely take on board what you said.                                                                                                                               Izzy x
