Complex Hyperplasia Treatment With Progesterone IUD

Hi everyone. I am 35 and was recently diagnosed with Complex Hyperplasia without atypia and am scheduled to have an IUD inserted in hopes of thinning the lining and preserving my fertility. I was hoping to see if anyone out there has had any luck reversing this condition with the mirena IUD (or with other treatments) and whether anyone has had successful pregnancies with/after this condition. I don't want to rush into undergoing a hysterectomy but I'd like an idea how successful the mirena treatment has been for others (or not). I'm very nervous this will become or already is cancerous but i would also like to have a child. Thanks for any info and best wishes
