You are right keeping things bottled up inside isn't good and the good news is you have joined the right place to meet people who have or have had essential thrombocythaemia. I remember we've had quite a few members on our forum recently who posted to share their ET story. I would suggest you take a look at this thread by [@ChrisAnnSen]‍ who has recently been diagnosed and who also mentioned that she is is having to take an aspirin every day.
