Good for you. We need to stand up for ourselves sometimes. I was too tired and felt too ill to have the radiotherapy recommended to me after my hysterectomy. It would have meant travelling for 4 hours each day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. I had to fight for my right not to have the treatment and when the cancer returned the doctor admitted the radiotherapy would not have helped. You aren't paranoid, just listening to your body and knowing when something isn't right.
My cancer has come back in a completely different place. Have they given you any idea what they will be doing as far as treatment is concerned. Don't know if you feel the same, but I feel it is the waiting for tests and results that is frightening, you can cope when you know what you are facing, I think. Do you know when your scan will be?
I was 2b. I know of several people who have had womb cancer and nobodys outcome has been the same (mostly good) so please be positive, there is so much they can do now and you are young so that is an enormous benefit! Please keep in touch.
How r I getting on x
Have you got an appointment for your MRI yet? How are you, hope you are not too stressed.
