Hi Coz99 I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  I have lobular breast cancer.  I had my op first and then chemo.  If you don't do cold cap you will lose your eyebrows so if you want microblading best do it now because you won't be able to have it done when you are having chemo due to infection risk.  I didn't cold cap as it adds on about two and a half hours to treatment time.  I started to lose my hair exactly two weeks after the first chemo.  I had a wig for when I went out and just used soft caps at home.  Do you know when chemo is starting?  Good luck and happy to chat.
