Being told you're unsuitable for treatment due to your age must be very frustrating, especially as you were feeling so well in yourself before you received your diagnosis.

I'm not sure if you saw my reply to your other post but if not, do have a quick look as I included some information about getting a second opinion that you may want to look in to.
