Just been told i have small cell lung cancer. Localised to chest but had to have MRI incasr spread to brain. I am still in shock and wondering how long i may live. Chemo and radiology has been suggested. 

I am scared, sad, feel guilty and alone. I hate being a burden to my 2 daughters.
