How were you diagnosed. Did you have a CT scan? Did the consultant say you would need biopsy? Im in the nort east an all my appointments were quick. 

I had a chest infection  so doctor sent me to hospital   they thought I might have a blood clot  done a ct   and said it is cancer then got an another ct scan to see if it had spread   but it hasn't so that's good   but yhey want do do a pet scan    now     she said if my lung capacity  isn't good they might not be able to operate   so I've to get a lung test on Thursday.    This all started  the end of August  so about 4 weeks was In  hospital  for 12 days 

They never mentioned a biopsy    maybe after the pet scan      she said the pet scan is in 3D  so they get a better picture  saw yhe ct    scan image  it's In the  top right lobe    I'm in Scotland 

It's Thursday  I've to get pet scan not Tues

Im getting there. I had surgery 3 weeks ago Thursday to remove the lower lobe of my right lung.  From finding the nodule in my lung the appointments have been so quick to then having surgery.  I had pneumonia in January this year. 

When I see the doctor on 15 Oct   it will be  6 weeks   from my first ct scan   the pet scan should be next week a think mo date yet    hopefully  get something started after the 15 Oct    don't think I'll be able to get surgery  if my  lung funtion I'd bad  hoping it's ok but I dought it
