hi have a diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma... 

very small light pink patch.. 3mm ×7mm however looked back on old photos noticed it's been there about 5 years im petrified. thought it was just a harmless skin blemish .

im petrified and can't stop thinking about the consequences of leaving it so long. and it's spread metastasis.

anyone else had one left for a long time what treatments etc did u have.

just need to speak with people in similar situations or newly diagnosed
