Hi Worriedbrother,  I am so sorry to hear of your sister's diagnosis.  I dont live in Oxforshire but I live in the West Midlands.  I have been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer and the NHS team, nurses, doctors etc have been great.  When she sees the oncologist they will explain the treatment plan to her, which is all different according to the person.  I wish her well and you too as you are obviously a loving brother and she is lucky to have you.
