Can someone please help me I’m still trying to come to terms with my diagnosis of prostate cancer 3+4=7 t3a no m0 5.7 psa , concerned with T3a side of the disease any help would be appreciated
Hello Paulsteph and welcome to the forum, though sorry you have to be here. T3a indicates the tumour escaped your prostate but has not spread anywhere else as being N0 M0 confirms, and your Gleason score 3+4=7 tells us the tumour is most likely slow growing.
