Welcome to the forum Lightbabe although I'm sorry to hear about the VIN1&2 cells that were found during your biopsy and the concerns you have about monitoring.

Hello Lightbabe. How are you? Speaking from experience, I think if it’s not so bad the VIN, then monitoring is your best option. There’s nothing really you can do. Had similar experience in 2019, had surgery to remove it in 2020. It reoccurred, removed it in 2022 and 2023 December. The tissues removed from the surgery showed cancerous cells. (SCC). The good news was that it’s early stage. I had another surgery this January. You may be lucky, yours may never become cancerous. Keep up with your appointments and follow your doctor’s advice.
