I have just finished treatment for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma at the age of 33 and I totally understand you just wanting to get it off your chest . When I was 1st diagnosed I was also very angry and didn't know where to turn.

I hope treatment is sorted quickly and that you win your fight

Thabk you for your reply, that's given me some hope, Glad to hear your treatment went well ️‍

One of my biggest fears is that the cancer has spread with it have being misdiagnosed 2 years ago. I feel very numb atm but trying to continue life as normal as I can for the kids.

Hi I was recently  diagnosed with this too I have no idea what stage it is at the moment -and waiting to hear from hospital when I will start chemo- how  are you getting on with it all- as I have no idea what’s to Come and it would be a relief to hear from someone who is going through this 

Hi Rebecca. my OH was diagnosed with NHL 9 years ago, diagnosed by a lymph node biopsy.  At first he was put on "watch and wait", after about 6 months he had an enlarged spleen and that was when he started his chemo.  He didn't have much in the way of side effects, a little fatigue and feeling not quite right for a day or two after each chemo session which from memory was every 3 weeks and I think he had 6 sessions - memory is a bit hazy on the exact routine.  He has been in remission and very well since then.

Thanks for replying Nettie- It means a lot as I start Pola-R-CHP next week I’m still waiting for the stage - I have defuse large B cell- just hoping I don’t have any bad reactions and complete 6 rounds like your OH.. And then remission.

Goodluck I finished my final 6th round in Dec I was very tired at the end of it but I made it. I was stage 3 with a bulky mass so I knew I would also need radiotherapy  on that mass I’m staring that soon but the good news is there is no lymphoma in my body the mass is dead the pola r chp worked .
