Radio starts this week . Not taken tabs yet although I have them now via GP prescription . Thought I would wait until after radio. I don't think delaying a few weeks  will make a huge difference . Had a bone scan last week too. Also  group physio follow up after radio is being offered as can cause shoulder stiffness . Lots still going on . Went to see Macmillan too and they offer complimentary therapies as well which seems a good idea .

Thinking about a holiday now but concerned about insurance and how much would add to a holiday cost .
