Endometrial cancer diagnosis

Just got diagnosed with endometrial cancer last week and had an MRI on Saturday. Have to wait over a week to see the consultant about the results and my treatment plan. The wait is torture. Anybody else in the same boat?

    UPDATE. 

    Home from the colposcopy feeling battered  (water bottle is helping) he said my cervix is thin??

    Also took biopsies so now the worry of what's wrong.

    Just waiting to speak to the doctor about next steps. They said it went well. Must admit the pain afterwards is intense, but I'm on good pain relief! Thankyou. How are you doing??

    Glad it all went well for you... suffering from major anxiety atm, which I have never suffered with before ..trying meditation to calm me down.

     

    just waiting for appointment to get the chemotherapy started, just a waiting game really.
