Hello my Partner got Diagnosed with stage 4 lung caner which as spread to the bones 8 weeks ago, he has had two cycles of chemo but he is constantley feeling sick, is this normal please?
Hi welcome to the forum the club nobody wants to join. Alot of people on chemotherapy are sick it varies on type strength nurse should give tablet to help but doesn't always work.
I was fine for 5days after infusion then i started had three different tablets nothing helped including some from Dr's. I've a hiatus hernia which didn't help.
Sickness stopped a few days before next session then back again after. Had 6 session and glad when over, that was over 6.5 years ago. Im stage 4 prostate cancer gone to lymph node's, pelvis, spine, ribs and a lung, still doing well and a carer for my darling wife who has dementia.
Hope others will join soon to tell their stories.
Afraid weekend can be quiet, especially ladies needing there beauty sleep .
