Partner been diagnosed with prostate cancer -PSA 212

Feeling bewildered and terrified. My partner of 20 years has just had a PSA test ( first ever at 69) and the score was 212. We have been wonderfully supported at the hospital - bone scans , MRIs, biopsy  and MDT meeting ( to come ) within 2 weeks.   The cancer has spread to his lymph nodes , bones and is outside the prostate and in the bladder. He has been given hormone pills and we have been told it is inoperable. I need help to get mentally strong to support him. Can anyone suggest a course or book or something because I am struggling as is he.

Thanks
