Not sure what to do now been on Tamoxifen for 10 years

I had breast cancer in 2009 and have been on Tamoxifen for 10 years. Do I just stop the tablets or phase it out? Does it make any difference to how you feel? Ive not had any side effects during the 10 years and had a full hysterectomy 20 years ago.

Hi, you need to make an appointment with your gp for a chat. Don't stop yourself. Check in with them first. Good to hear you haven't had problems on it...I started hormone inhibitors in July.....xx

I had a double mastectomy 11 years ago. Have been on Tamoxafen for 10 years. Have felt fine all this time with no side effects.
Have just come off the Tamoxafen at the end of July. At first I felt fine but gradually my joints are aching all over.
I have always gone to the Gym and swam Five times a week. I now feel lathargic and have to drag myself out of bed to go.
Does anyone else feel like this.?
