yvanova i know how you feel i never had chemo or radium i had my kidney tken out due to cancer in december ive gone from size 12 to 16 now i dont over eat the weight is down to medication i think it horrible aint it feel for you babe

Yvanova im struggling with the same on hormone tablets LETROZOL and my weight is sky rocketing despite trying not to over eat. I'm also on thyroxine for hypothyroidism a condition which also increases my weight. I've  now enrolled in a fitness programme doing Aquafit and the gym with instructor to help me improve my fitness level but hopefully to also lose some weight. It's so hard and disheartening though when the weight doesn't shift despite all the effort. I know how you feel. 

I also have spine injury amongst other problems.but have managed to attend Aqua Aerobics and the gym in moderation.    Have some equipment at home that I'm trying to use more like my body blade

But it's soul destroying when no matter how much effort you put in, you get nowhere.
