Diagnosed with breast cancer following a routine mammogram. Had lumpectomy in November 2016 followed by radiotherapy completed end of January 2017. Trying to get on with my life but seem to be increasingly anxious about recurrence. I examine myself and can feel lumps convincing myself there is more cancer and spend ages trying to reason with myself that it won't be, it's just my anxiety most likely..and I don't want to waste my Dr's precious time by going for checks unnecessarily. Does anyone else do this?
