Many people posting here say that they feel worse after treatment finishes. Some say they think it is because when you are going through treatment, you are focusing on getting through it but when it ends you have time to reflect on what has happened to you.

Hi Kim, I know exactly how you feel, I had the same treatment which ended at the beginning of June. As Jane says, this is very common and yes, it is normal. I have just completed a Moving Forward course run at my local hospital by Breast Cancer Care which deals with just these issues. As well as the talks given by various experts on everything from Lymphoedema to relationships to the fear of recurrance, it was so comforting to be with a group of people who are all going through the same thing and really get how you feel. There are no easy answers sadly but knowing and chatting to others has helped me realise that slowly but surely I am getting there. Hope this has helped and I am happy to chat anytime.
