Hi, I am new to this site and could do with some advice from anyone in a similar position to myself.Having been diagnosed with Advanced Prostate Cancers some 7 years ago,following treatment I am now in 100% remission.However, 27 months ago I was diagnosed with Cancer of the tongue and lymph nodes in neck.Following Chemo and Radiotherapy there is now no sign of it. My problem is I have been unable to swallow solid food since completion of treatment. The food sticks in my throat and causes me to wretch and be sick. I now survive on High Fibre drinks which are not very nice.Has anyone else gone through this please. Any comments would be greatly appreciated thank you.May I add that I did have a voracious appetite and would eat anything on offer.I now have no hunger or any desire to eat.
