chemo fries my brain!

I had Bowel Cancer two years ago, had chemotherapy for six months, an ileostomy for 1 year, been "bagless" for a year and had 3 all clear scans! Back to normal now.

Well apart from the chemobrain, which kicks in from time to time.

That's great news you must be so happy. My husband has bowel cancer & started his chemo last week Thursday he's got to have it for 6 months & then radiotherapy.  

Iv just found out I've rectal cancer,  & waiting on my mri results, waiting about is awful, got colonscopy on 6th May,  & ct scan. , its nice to hear some positive results :))

I had a consultation with oncologist today. I had bowel cancer removed on 20/4/15

Told today I've to start on five months of chemotherapy. One week infusion two weeks medication and whoopee. Week four NOTHING . Going for a contrast MRI tomorrow on my liver as there's a bit of concern about it. Graded Dukes C pt4 with N1 lymph nodes.
