A very warm welcome to the forum Myab, although I'm sorry about the struggles you're having with your legs and hips. Being in constant pain when trying to move must be very frustrating.

If you haven't done so already, do have a chat with your medical team and/or GP about this to find out if there are any stronger pain relief options that could help. They will be able to offer further tips and advice on how to manage your pain as well.

I hope it helps to know that quite a few of our members have contended with aching muscles and pain after cancer treatment as well, so you are not alone, and hopefully some of them will stop by soon to offer their support and advice.

We also have a team of cancer nurses you can discuss this with on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. Our nurses are very insightful and will do all they can to help.

In the meantime, we're sending you all our support Myab and we'll have our fingers crossed these aches and pains will start to ease up and become much more manageable soon.
