Hi I have been on Tamoxifen for 4 months, the last batch was a different brand and whilst that may not be anything to do with it, it’s had terrible effects. I have asked the pharmacy for a different brand but they can’t guarantee what I get sent. I have swollen and incredibly painful joints, fingers and toes. I can’t bend them or get downstairs without holding on to the rail and coming down sideways. I can’t grip, carry, get dressed. I have seen my GP and have had an xray and been referred to the arthritis clinic. I was perfectly fit before this tablet, I can’t cope. I am 52 and incredibly active before the last few weeks. Has anyone else experienced this. I’m not sure how much more of this I can take, never mind 5 years.
