Congratulations on almost completing your 10 years on Tamoxifen. I was in a similar position to you when I was due to stop taking Letrozole. I spoke to my GP, who contacted my consultant and my GP then stopped prescribing them.

I am not sure what would happen if you carried on taing them for longer. You could always talk to your GP, or phone one of the nurses here to find out . Their Tel No is 0808 800 4040 and they are here from 9.00am - 5.00pm fron Monday - Friday.

Will do. I fear stopping tamoxifen and I feel like if I don't contact anyone I'll be able to take them for ever!

I understand why you want to do this, but I have a feeling that this could cause more problems than it solves. You'd be best to check it out first.
