                           so there you are,bowling along nicely with life and then you get hit by a succession of really heavy duty conditions.If that did not pull away at your previously sound foundations,what else would?.No surprise then that you have unleashed anxiety into your life,which will take some time to subside as you regain trust that your health improvement into the future.Its only natural after events like you have endured to question everything within your life,so l think your feelings are entirely normal,but will improve as the answers to your questions increasingly come back as positive as your health improves,

                 Just be prepared to give yourself that time that you need,

Thank you for taking your time to read my post. Most other people here are in a worse situation than me. I actually feel embarrassed with my post but sometimes a bit of advice from people who have also been in my shoes is a huge help.

Hi Friend,

I did not get back to work yet. My kidneys were quite badly damaged during my chemotherapy and have started to play up a bit lately. To be honest with you, knowing that I won't be going back to work just yet is a mix of disappointment and relief. 

I work/worked as a driver for a large car hire company for almost 20 years and as my lymphoma was cerebral I have had my driving licence revoked for a minimum of 24 months. It doesn't help that I have had very little contact with my employer to work out where I stand for when I do go back. 

I am sure things will end up the way they are meant to be.
