it was a shock to get up,in the dark and to scrape ice off the car. Although my appointment was very early, the poor radiographer had to start their shift at 7am. So early. I feel very sorry for them. It’s crap being in the room having radiotherapy but at least we have only been cooped up for 15 minutes before we can escape into daylight. When they are busy, the radiotherapy team work until 7pm and tha5 must be  exhausting. 

I am being treated in Kent. In What part of the country do you live Jolamine?

It's a long day for the radiographer. It's no wonder that they get stressed working for 12 hours a day in what must be a stressful job, even if working shorter hours. I am at the opposite end of the country from you.

You will notice that Ben has removed the name of your hospital, as we are not allowed to mention the name of any hospital in line with forum terms and conditions.

Fifteen minutes doesn't seem too long, but long enough for the treatment you're having. It's more having to attend every day that is hard. How far do you have to travel to the hospital?
