Shop around and check that whatever you are quoted for includes cover for your cancer. This may sound obvious, but in the past I've been quoted what seems like a reasonable premium only to find everything I needed cover for was excluded! Check out whether single trip or annual cover works best for you - I can only get cover for a single trip at a time at the moment.
