Hiya.   I suggest you start on the webpage indicated by Jenn in her post.   I went for AllClear Insurance and did it all online.   OK, the premiums are higher than standard policies but at least your known conditions are recorded against the AllClear policy and will not be used as an escape clause by the insurers should you need to initiate a claim process.
