Hello
I had a mastectomy and reconstruction last September and my second surgery in April this year. My employer wants to change my hours to the afternoon, I do cleaning. I have told them I can't do it because my energy level is better in the morning and I need rest in the afternoon. I have been told in my contract it says I have to be flexible around the company needs, but it doesn't. If I don't do it, they will have to consider my employment.
Please can anyone suggest what to do.
