I had radiotherapy for prostate cancer nearly seven years ago. While having the treatment, I used Imodium Instants and found them very good. Since then every now and then I still have the odd occurrence but it only last one day.so I dont bother with it. I just look on it as a small price to pay for the result Ive had
Being female obviously not the same cancer as you but I did have radiotherapy to my pelvic region which caused diarroea. I still have odd bouts but I try to be careful what I eat. For example if I have Chilli or something spicy and with beans then its plain food the next day, cant have too much cheese (cheese always effects me) I dont eat fruit and only occasionally fruit drinks (I do suppliment with vitamin tablets though).
If you can monitor your eating and drinking you may find that avoiding certain foods helps. Check out the foods they told you to avoid during treatment and see what you are eating a lot of.
If its really bad and persistant mention next time you have your check up.
