I also suffer badly from nausea post-chemo, so you have all my sympathy!  I am currently on chemo for my second bout of ovarian cancer, but this regime is not so toxic as the one I had originally three years ago.  I did have a syringe driver inserted (in my upper arm) for my final chemo then, but unfortunately it didn't work for me as the medication just built up in my arm and made it swell instead of dispersing into my body.  However, having said that, no two people are the same, so I would give it a try if on offer, anything is worth a try when you feel so awful, and it may well work for you.

This time round I have found it helpful to take Domperidone for the whole time between sessions, not just for five days afterwards, as well as the Emend which I have for three days.
